I am a complete fitness and health nerd. When I'm not geeking out at the gym you can find me reading fantasy fiction, baking, going to concerts to dance, or spending time with my loved ones.
My Training Background
My journey began in 2020 when I took my first pole fitness class. I became certified as an X-pole Instructor. After that I got my NASM certification and started teaching group fitness classes and taking personal training clients.
My Approach
I believe in functional fitness above anything. I teach my clients to prioritize form and technique knowing that the strength will come over time. I love helping my clients come up with an individualized game plan tailored to meet their unique goals.
